These two breathtaking villas, just 5 miles from Todi, on the hills of the river Tiber natural park, are surrounded by olive-groves, vineyards and their own private woodland with centuries old oak trees, where you can easily find animals and plants which are rarely seen nowadays (orchids, nightingales etc).
The villas are totally separate and offer maximum privacy. Set a good distance from one another, each house has its own beautifully tended private gardens and is far away from busy roads, at the centre of a 28 acre organic estate. In addition to the luxurious facilities, including air conditioning in the whole house, and Jacuzzi and the swimming pools set in magnificent rural surroundings, the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the traditional materials and furnishings will make this a truly relaxing holiday.
In addition, thanks to their central position in Umbria, close to Tuscany and Lazio, you need only get onto the main road, which is just 2 miles away and the finest towns of artistic interest in Italy are within easy reach: it takes only 40 min by car to get to Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, and Perugia. Rome and Siena are an hour and a half away, and Florence two.
